dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na historii církevních řádů a kongregací v českých zemích. Teoretická část nabízí přehled historie ošetřovatelství po současnost, včetně založení církevních řádů a kongregací, které se věnovaly péči o nemocné. Líčí vliv válek na zakládání špitálů. Informace doplňuje přehled osobností podílejících se nejvíce na rozvoji ošetřovatelské péče v českých zemích. V poslední řadě seznamuje s církevními řády a kongregacemi zabývajících se ošetřovatelstvím v českých zemích v současnosti. Praktická část předkládá životní příběh dvou sester, civilní a řádové. Sestry popisují nejen motivaci k volbě povolání, ale také specifika své práce. Zda je jejich profese naplnila a uspokojila nebo naopak, svého rozhodnutí někdy litovaly.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on a history of religious orders and congregations in the Czech lands. The theoretical part gives a history overview of nursing care up to presence including founding religious orders and congregations that provided nursing care to patients. It describes impact of wars on setting up hospitals. Information is completed by an over-view of personages who mainly took part in expansion of nursing care in the Czech lands. Last, it introduces religious orders and congregations that nowadays provide nursing care in the Czech Republic. The practical part presents life stories of a nun and a nurse. Each of them explains not only the motivation to choose their occupation but also specifics of their work. They describe whether the work fulfils and satisfies them or whether they have ever regretted their decision.
