dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací s osobami s mentálním postižením, jejich začleňováním do běžného života a především využitím podpory samostatného bydlení. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem mentální postižení, klasifikuje jednotlivé stupně mentálního postižení a zaměřuje se na proces transformace sociálních služeb. Dále popisuje systém sociální péče v České republice a zaměřuje se na otázku možností transformace. Praktická část prozkoumává proces transformace osob s mentálním postižením, tj. z institucí sociální péče do běžného života.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with social work with mentally disabled people and their integration into a regular life and mainly through support for independent living. The theoretical part defines the concept of what mental disability is, and classifies single stages of mental disability and it also concentrates on the transformation of social services. It also describes the system of social care in the Czech Republic and concentrates on the question of possibility of transformation. The practical part explores the process of a transformation of mentally disabled people it is the shift from the social care institutions into a regular life.
