Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací ve zdravotnictví z pohledu zdravotně sociálního pracovníka. Konkrétně je cílem práce zjistit, jak zdravotně sociální pracovník vnímá svou práci a spolupráci s ostatními zdravotníky v rámci multidisciplinárního zdravotnického týmu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecně zdravotně sociální prací, její definicí, historií a specifiky. Dále vymezuje profesi a osobnost zdravotně sociálního pracovníka, jeho odbornou způsobilost, kompetence, náplň práce a seznamuje se zdravotně sociální prací v zahraničí. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na analýzu dat, která jsou zjištěna prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů realizovaných se zdravotně sociálními pracovníky ve vybraných nemocnicích Zlínského kraje. |

This bachelor thesis deals with social work in health care from the perspective of health care social worker. Specifically, this thesis aims to find out how health care social worker perceives his work and cooperation with other health care professional within the multidisciplinary health care team. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with social work in health care in general, its definition, history and specifics. Further it defines the profession and personality of health care social worker, his expert qualification, competences, job content and introduces the social work in health care abroad. The practical part focuses on analysis of data that are detected through semi-structured interviews and realized with health care social workers in selected hospitals of Zlín region. |
