dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na životy mladých dospělých po odchodu z dětského do-mova. Teoretická část popisuje systém náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a její for-my. Dále se zabývá ústavní výchovou, formami ústavní výchovy, životem v dětských do-movech i odchodem z těchto zařízení. Praktická část je zaměřená na kvalitativní výzkum za použití techniky zakotvené teorie pracující s daty získanými pomocí rozhovorů s mladými dospělými, kteří část svého života prožili v dětských domovech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on lives of the young adults after leaving the children´s home. The theoretical part describes the system of substitute family care in the Czech Republic and its forms. It also deals with institutional education, forms of the institutional education, the life in children´s homes and leaving these institutions. The practical part is focused on the qualitative research using the technique of grounded theory working with data obtained by interviews with the young adults who spent a part of their lives in children´s homes.
