Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis projevů moci učitelek v komunikaci s dětmi v MŠ. Teoretická část popisuje koncept moci v pedagogickém prostředí, dále se zaměřuje na vztah učitele a žáka, přičemž popisuje také učitelskou profesi, která s sebou nese dominantní postavení učitele. Závěr teoretické části tvoří popis pedagogické komunikace učitele a žáka. Praktickou část tvoří interpretace projevů moci učitelek v komunikaci s dětmi v mateřské škole a následné zpozorované projevy dětí jako omezení moci učitelky. Závěr práce je věnován odpovědím na výzkumné otázky. |

The subject of bachelor thesis is to describe manifestations of teacher´s power in communication with children in the kindergarten. The theoretical part explains a concept of power in educational environment. It focuses on the relationship between teacher and pupil and also describes the teaching profession, which entails teacher's dominant position. The conclusion of the theoretical part consists of a description of educational communication be-tween teacher and pupil. The practical part presenting results of own observation focuses on two topics. First one consists of an interpretation of teacher´s manifestations of power in communication with children in the kindergarten. Second one explains the manifestations of children as limiting the teacher´s power. The conclusion of the thesis integrates questions given by research witch answers as result of performed practical observation. |
