dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje výchovným dilematům v subjektivních teoriích rodičů. Teoretická část se zabývá především výchovou, jejím pojetím, funkcím nebo znaky. Dále výchovnými styly, problémy v rodině a společenskými změnami, které tuto výchovu ovlivňují. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části pojednává právě o výchovných dilematech. V praktické části se zaměřujeme na subjektivní teorie, ze kterých vychází výchova rodičů. Výstupem našeho kvalitativního výzkumného šetření je zakotvená teorie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diplomma thesis is devoted to educational dilemmas in subjective theories of parents. The theoretical part mainly concerns education, its notion, functions or features. Further-more, educational styles, family problems and social changes that affect the education. The final chapter discusses the theoretical right of educational dilemmas. The practical part focuses on the subjective theory underlying the formation of the parents. The output of our qualitative research is a grounded theory.
