Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálního šetření, které je důležitou součástí komplexního hodnocení ohroženého dítěte a rodiny. Práce vymezuje rizika domácího násilí a syndromu CAN, na což navazuje sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, která by měla takovému jednání zabránit a hájit práva nezletilých. Charakterizována je rodina z pohledu její funkčnosti, která se při selhání stává hlavním klientem příslušného orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany. K sociálnímu šetření jsme vymezili zákonná ustanovení, aspekty předcházející samotnému procesu, vyhodnocení a jak úspěšně zvládnout komunikaci s dítětem. |

This Master thesis is focused on the issue of social inquiry, which is an important part of a comprehensive assessment of child and family. This thesis defines the risk of domestic violence and syndrome CAN, which is related to Social and Legal Protection of Children, which should prevent such behavior and to defend the rights of minors. The family is characterized in terms of its functionality, which failure becomes a major client of the competent authority for Social and Legal Protection. To the social inquiry we defined the anchor in laws, aspects of previous process itself, evaluation and how to successfully manage communication with the child. |
