Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě DT - Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska pro efektivní činnost vzdělávacího systému. V analytické části byl pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů a studií vnitropodnikových materiálů zhodnocen vzdělávací systém používaný ve firmě a na základě zjištěných poznatků byly navrženy opatření vedoucí k jeho zlepšení. |

This bachelor thesis engages in the employees education in the firm DT - Výhybkárna a strojírna, Inc. The first part of this thesis contains literary resources for effective educatio-nal system.
