dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem současného stavu v oblasti rádiových frekvencí pro mobilní telefonní sítě v ČR. V teoretické části jsou popsány technické prostředky, které slouží k zajištění chodu mobilních sítí v ČR. Sem spadá popis vývoje prvních mobilních sítí, systému GSM a UMTS. Praktická část je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu přidělených frekvencí a kanálů pro jednotlivé operátory v ČR. Druhá část se zabývá zhodnocením celkové datové propustnosti současných mobilních sítí. Třetí část popisuje nové směry vývoje v oblasti mobilních sítí, konkrétně pro systém LTE a LTE-A. Poslední čtvrtáčást je zaměřena na vytvoření simulací digitálních modulací v prostředí Wolfram Matematica. Výsledky těchto simulací budou nakonec porovnány dle svých specifických vlastností.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the analysis of the current state in the field of radio frequencies for mobile telephone networks in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the technical means used to ensure the operation of mobile networks in the Czech Republic. This includes a description of the development of the first mobile networks of GSM and UMTS. The practical part is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of the current state of allocated frequencies and channels for each of the operators in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with the evaluation of the overall data throughput rate of today's mobile networks. The third section describes new development trends in mobile networks, specifically for the LTE and LTE A systems. The final part is focused on creating simulations of digital modulations in Wolfram Matematica program. The results of these simulations are then compared with each other according to their specific properties.
