Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z důležitých aspektů činnosti sociálního kurátora komunikací, a to z pohledu jejích specifik. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezeno, co je to sociální práce, kam práce sociálního kurátora spadá, a následně je věnována pozornost sociálním kurátorům a jejich pracovní náplni. V další kapitole teoretické části práce je rozebrána legislativa, z níž práce sociálního kurátora vychází, a specifikace cílové skupiny sociálního kurátora. Třetí kapitola přibližuje kompetence sociálního kurátora. Ve čtvrté kapitole je poukázáno na specifika v komunikaci sociálního kurátora, a to podle typu klienta a podle typu situace. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, kterým bylo zjišťováno, nakolik jsou sociální kurátoři schopni reagovat na specifika v komunikaci. |

The thesis deals with one of the important aspects relating to the activities of a probation officer that of communication from the point of view of its specific features. The theoretical part first defines the concept of social work the probation officer is part of, and subsequently attention is given to the function of probation officer and its tasks and obligations. The next chapter of the theoretical part analyses the legislation relevant for probation officers and the specifics of the probation officer´s target group. The third chapter describes the competences of probation officers. The fourth chapter highlights the specifics of the probation officer´s communication depending on the type of client and type of situation. In the practical part, the author presents results of a survey held for the purpose of finding out the extent to which probation officers are able to respond to specific aspects of communication. |
