dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je blíže obsáhnout postavení LGBT osob ve společnosti a s tím úzce související proces coming out, který je nedílnou součástí života sexuálních menšin. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny některé základní pojmy týkající se dané problematiky, rozebráno postavení sexuálních menšin od historie po současnost z hlediska různých pohledů. Podrobněji je popsán proces coming out a možnosti sexuální výchovy a sociální pedagogiky v osvětě a prevenci homofobního chování. Empirická část je složena ze dvou částí. V kvantitativním výzkumu byli formou dotazníku osloveni žáci základních škol s cílem zjistit jejich názory, znalosti a postoje k sexuálním menšinám. V kvalitativním výzkumu byli osloveni příslušníci LGBT menšin s cílem zjistit, jaký význam má pro ně proces coming out a jak ho prožívají.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this bachelor work is cover more in detail the position of sexual minorities in the society and the closely related process of coming out, which is an integral part of sexual minorities' life. In the theoretical section are specified some basic terms, which are connected with these problems, examined the position of sexual minorities from history up to now from various points of view. In detail has been described the process of coming out and the possibilities of sexual education and social pedagogy in public education and the prevention of homophobic behaviour. The empiric section is composed of two parts. In quantitative researches were approached the pupils from primary schools. The goal was to discover their opinions, knowledge and their attitude to sexual minorities. In qualitative researches were approached the LGBT members. The goal was to ascertain, what meaning has the coming out process for them and how they experience it.
