Bakalářská práce popisuje jednak historii charitativní činnosti od pravěku a antiky po současnost a také se snaží přiblížit vývoj Charity od založení republiky přes problematické roky II. světové války, komunismu až do porevoluční doby. Charita byla vždy svým posláním předurčena k pomoci nejchudším a nejpotřebnějším a tato práce chce poukázat i na to, že právě Charita se stará o lidi v nouzi, kteří jsou jakýmkoli způsobem vyloučeni ze společnosti. To koreluje se sociální pedagogikou a jejím posláním. V další části této práce je vymezení pojmů etika a morálka. Součástí bakalářské práce je kvalitativní výzkum formou polostandardizovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci Diecézní charity Brno (DCHB). Závěr práce se zabývá interpretací sebraných dat a jejich vyhodnocením s cílem zodpovědět otázku: Jednají zaměstnanci DCHB eticky v soukromém a pracovním životě? |

This bachelor thesis looks into the history of charity work from prehistoric and ancient times all the way to the present day. It also tries to describe the evolution of Caritas Czech Republic from the founding of the republic, over the complicated times of war, as far as post-revolution years. Caritas has always been destined to helping the poorest of men. This thesis wants to show that Caritas takes care of people in need, people who are excluded from the society. This topic correlates with the field of social pedagogy and its goals. Next part of this thesis contains the definitions of complex concepts of ethics and morale. Another part of this thesis is a qualitative research, which uses the method of half-standardized interviews with the employees of Diocesan Caritas in Brno. Necessary conclusion of this paper is the analysis and interpretation of collected data and assessment of ethics of the Diocesan Caritas employees both in their private lives and during their work. I also look into their relationship with faith and the differences in perception of ethics of Christian believers and atheists. |
