Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bosingu v sociálních službách. Teoretická část nabízí seznámení se základními pojmy, které se vztahují k této problematice. V navazujících kapitolách jsou popsány pojmy mobbing, bossing a další projevy psychického teroru na pracovišti, obrana proti nim a rizikové pracoviště. Jsou zde také popsány příčiny, znaky, fáze a následky mobbingu a bossingu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje sociálním službám v České republice, vymezení jejich působnosti, jejich legislativnímu ukotvení a nárokům na pracovníky v sociální sféře. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kvantitativní výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření a mapuje tuto problematiku v sociálních službách. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit výskyt mobbingu a bosingu v sociálních službách a shromáždit zkušenosti pracovníků sociálních služeb s psychickým terorem na pracovišti; zda vědí, jak se v případě ohrožení bránit a jaké mechanismy používá jejich zaměstnavatel, aby zamezil tomuto nežádoucímu jevu. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of mobbing and bossing in social services. The theoretical part provides introduction to the fundamental concepts that relate to this issue. In subsequent chapters are described concepts of mobbing, bossing and other manifestations of psychological terror at the workplace, defense against them and a risk workplace. This section furthermore describes the causes, signs, stages and consequences of mobbing and bossing. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on social services in the Czech Republic, defines their activity extent, their legislative ground and describes demands on workers in the social field. The practical part focuses on quantitative research, which was conducted through a questionnaire survey and mapping these issues in social services. The aim of the research was to determine the incidence of mobbing and bossing in social services and to collect experiences of social service workers with psychological terror at their workplace; whether they know how to defend themselves in case of a threat and what mechanisms are used by their employer in order to prevent this undesirable phenomenon. |
