dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o výzkumu Parkinsonovy choroby, jejímž vyvolávajícím faktorem je skutečnost, že určité nervové buňky - neurony, v části mozku odumřou nebo se stanou nepárovými. Výzkum se skládá ze dvou částí. Úkolem první části je zjišťovat původ onemocnění a úkolem druhé části je zjišťóvat postoje klientů v závislosti na tomto onemocnění. Touto cestou bych chtěla přispět ke zkvalitnění života nemocných. Závěrem této analýzy bych ráda naznačila novou cestu, která bude základním přínosem v léčbě a přinese prospěch.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the investigation of Parkinson's disease, which was developed, when certain nerve cells (neurons), in a part of brain die or become impaired. The investigation consists of two parts. The purpose of the first past of is to determine the origin of illness and the purpose of the second past of study is to determine the attitudes of those patients. This survey should help the patients to improve their lives. The conclusion of this analysis was that slow new way, which will be helper in the best alternative based in therapy on cost and benefits.	en
