Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postoje a názory zdravotnického personálu v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných na paliativní péči v těchto zařízeních a jak ji vnímají komplexně. Jde v dnešní době o velmi aktuální téma. I přesto, že počet hospicových lůžek v České republice roste, stále hodně starých lidí umírá právě v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných. V teoretické části je definován pojem smrt, umírání, paliativní péče, hospicová péče, domácí péče, syndrom vyhoření. V praktické části je uveden průzkum. Výzkumný vzorek je sestaven ze zdravotnického personálu -všeobecných sester, zdravotnických asistentů, ošetřovatelů a všeobecných sanitářů, kteří pracují v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných. Průzkum je proveden kvantitativním výzkumem pomocí dotazníkové metody. |

The object of the dissertation is to find out a stance and views of nursing staff in the department of long-term care and aftercare in palliative care in these institutions and how they perceive it in a complex manner. It is a topical issue these days. Although the number of hospice beds is growing in The Czech republic, plenty of elderly still die in the department of long-term care. In the theoretical part, terms death, dying, palliative care, hospice care, home-care and burnout syndrome are defined. There is a survey in the practical part. Research sample is put together out of medical staff; general care nurses, health care assistants and hospital attendants that works in departments of long-term care. The survey is undertaken by a quantitative study provided by questionnaire. |
