dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je implementace znalostně intenzivních aktivit v rámci Balanced Scorecard za účelem zvyšování budoucí výkonnosti firmy RIM - CZ, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše týkající se problematiky znalostně intenzivních aktivit a měření a řízení výkonnosti. Pozornost je věnována především metodě Balanced Scorecard a způsobu její implementace. V praktické části je představena společnost RIM - CZ, spol. s r.o. a je provedena analýza jejího vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Na základě provedené analýzy a zjištěných teoretických poznatků je vypracován konkrétní návrh implementace znalostně intenzivních aktivit v rámci Balanced Scorecard pro daný podnik. Závěrem diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy a rizika související s realizací projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this master thesis is implementation knowledge intensive activities in Balanced Scorecard framework for future performance purposes of RIM - CZ, spol. s r.o. company. In the theoretical part is accomplished the literature sources summary, which is concentrated on knowledge intensive activities and measuring and managing company's performance. The special attention is given to Balanced Scorecard method and options of its implementation. The practical part introduces the RIM - CZ, spol. s r.o. company and evaluates its external and internal environment. Based on the strategic analysis and theoretical facts is set up the specific proposal of implementation knowledge intensive activities in Balanced method for this company. The conclusion of this thesis evaluates the benefits and risks, which relate to the realization of the project.
