Tématem diplomové práce je inovace akutní péče v regionu Jičín a zabývá se v teoretické části stručnou charakteristikou procesu a procesního řízení zejména na základě dostupné odborné literatury, v závěru je nastíněna obecná problematika příjmu akutních pacientů do zdravotnických zařízení a návaznost přednemocniční a nemocniční péče. Praktická část práce se věnuje regionu Jičín v Královéhradeckém kraji, konkrétně Oblastní nemocnici Jičín, a. s. V úvodu jsou uvedeny základní historické a současné rysy společnosti a dále se věnuji analýzám makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. V poslední části práce hodnotím interpretované výsledky analýz a navrhuji optimální řešení pro proces příjmu akutních pacientů, kterým je z dlouhodobého hlediska vznik centrálního příjmu. V závěru krátce hodnotím náklady, rizika a přínosy výše uvedeného projektu. |

The thesis of the diploma is an innovation acute care in the region of Jičín and it discusses the theoretical part of the brief characteristics of processes and process management in particular on the basis of the available literature, in conclusion, there is a general problem in receiving emergency patients to medical facilities and continuity of pre-hospital and hospital care. The practical part is devoted to the region of Jičín and Hradec Králové region, namely the regional hospital Jičín, as in the beginning are the basic features of historical and contemporary society and is dedicated to the analysis of macro and micro. In the last part I evaluate the interpreted results of analysis and suggest the optimal solution for acute patients receiving the process, which is the long-term establishment of the central intake. In conclusion, briefly evaluate the costs, risks and benefits of the above project. |
