dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám projektem benchmarkingu výrobních závodů v rámci controllingového reportingu. Cílem této práce je na základě srovnání vybraných reportingových zpráv každého závodu nalézt optimální řešení. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou na základě studia odborné literatury definovány pojmy controlling, benchmarking a reporting. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost XY, a.s. a dále je provedena analýza současného stavu vybraných reportů v jednotlivých závodech. Na základě analýzy je zpracována projektová část, která pomocí benchmarkingové metody navrhuje optimální řešení reportingových zpráv.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I deal with the project of benchmarking production plants under monitored reports. The aim of this work is based on a comparison of the reports selected from each enterprise to find the optimal solution. This thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is on the study of literature which defines the terms controlling, benchmarking and reporting. The practical part describes the company XY Inc. and further analysis of the current status of selected reports in individual enterprises. Based on the analysis of the project part and with the help of the benchmarking method, the optimal solutions are suggested for the reports.
