dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza nákladů ve Společnosti XY se zabývá analýzou nákladů v dané společnosti. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku definování nákladů, jednotlivé způsoby členění nákladů a definování nástrojů a metod řízení nákladů. Cílem teoretické části je pro-vedení rešerše literárních zdrojů, které jsou zaměřeny na problematiku nákladů. Cílem praktické části je analýza stavu řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Tato analýza je podepřena poznatky z teoretické části. Výstup analýzy tvoří shrnutí současného stavu a určení návrhových opatření, která mají sloužit ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Purpose of this Bachelor Thesis titled "Analysis of costs in the Company XY" is to deal with analysis of Cost Control in the company. The Theoretical Part focus on expenses definition, expenses classification and definition of methodology and tools to control company expenses. The goal of Theoretical Part is to summarize and implement referenced literature sources which deal with business expenses topic. On the other hand The Practical Part aims to provide real current status analysis of cost control in selected company. This analysis utilizes findings from Theoretical Part. Analysis outcome is the summary of current status in the company and identifies actions to improve current status.
