Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou bezpečnosti na sportovních akcích v zaměření na konání fotbalových utkání, která budou odehrána v rámci pořádání Mistrovství Evropy ve fotbale do 21 let v České republice na Stadionu Miroslava Valenty v Uherském Hradišti. Práce řeší metodické, právní a organizační oblasti týkající se bezpečnosti na fotbalových utkáních. Teoretická část je zaměřena na posouzení dané problematiky v kontextu vybraných tragických události z minulosti, dále obecných požadavků státních i nestátních autorit a charakteristik základních subjektů, které se podílí na konání sportovních akcí. Praktická část je zaměřena přímo na analýzu konání konkrétních utkání, která se odehrají v Uherském Hradišti a jejich bezpečnostní opatření, jako základní aspekt bezpečnostní dokumentace. |

This thesis deals with the security issues at sports events in connection with football matches that will be played at the Stadium of Miroslav Valenta in Uherské Hradiště at European Championship under 21 years in the Czech Republic. Thesis solves methodological, legal and organizational areas related to security at football matches. The theoretical part is focused on the assessment of the issues in the context of selected tragic events of the past, as well as the general requirements of state and non-state authorities and the basic characteristics of the entities that are involved in sports events. The practical part is focused directly on the analysis of specific Event matches will be played in Uherské Hradiště Stadium and their security provisions as an essential aspect of security documentation. |
