dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o krizovém řízení ve vztahu ke krizové připravenosti ve farmaceutickém objektu. Cílem práce je z teoretického hlediska rozpracovat krizové řízení státu a možnou vazbu na soukromé subjekty a následně v práci zjisti, jestli je objekt připraven na krizovou situaci. V případě nalezených nedostatků je nutné navrhnout řešení v podobě návrhu plánu krizové připravenosti pro dané situace. Teoretická část analyzuje právní rámec z pohledu krizového řízení a o změně některých zákonů (krizový zákon). Mimo jiné popisuje základní informace o krizovém řízení a připravenosti. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části práce je opatření pro minimalizaci dopadů rizik farmaceutických zařízení. V praktické části je vypracována analýza rizik, díky které jsou zjištěny nedostatky ve vztahu k opatřením a postupům pro zvládání krizových situací. Na základě vypracované analýzy rizik je vytvořen plán krizové připravenosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The dissertation deals the crisis management in relation to the crisis preparedness at the pharmaceutical facility. The aim of the dissertation is to explain theoretically the possible relationship of the emergency management of the state to private entity and to determine consecutively, if the facility is prepared for the emergency situation. It is necessary to device the solution as a plan motion of the emergency in the case of the founded crisis situation. The theoretical part analyses the legal scope from the view of the crisis management and the change of some laws (the emergency law). It describes besides other things the basic information on the crisis management and the crisis preparedness. The last part of the dissertation is the precaution for the minimization of the consequences risks of the pharmaceutical facilities. In the practical part is made the analysis of the risks, thank to which are ascertained the failures in the preparedness in the relation to the precautions and consecutions for the getting of the crisis situations under management. The result is than the modelling of the crisis situations, which can arrive.
