Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním projektu zaměřeného na vzdělávání zaměstnanců v malých firmách a možnostmi financování projektu ze strukturální fondů Evropské unie. Cílem projektu je přesvědčit poskytovatele podpory o tom, že jde o solidní firmu, která připravuje realizaci výhodného a reálného projektu, který je v souladu s obsahem výzvy a na němž budou profitovat všechny zúčastněné strany. Realizace projektu umožní zvýšit kvalitu práce zaměstnanců, výkonnost v souladu se zá-měry firmy a konkurenceschopnost firmy na trhu. Projekt bude spolufinancován ze struktu-rálních fondů Evropské unie, z programu určeného na podporu malého a středního podni-kání v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů. |

The master thesis deals with processing of the project focused on education of employees in small companies and with possibilities of project financing from structural funds of the European Union. The objective of the project is to convince support providers of sound-ness of the company preparing implementation of the real project which is in compliance with contents of the invitation and from which all concerned parties will be profiting. Implementation of the project will enable to enhance quality of employees work, effici-ency in accordance with company intentions and competitiveness of the company on the market. The project will be co-financed from the structural funds of the European Union, from the program intended for supporting small and middle business activities in the area of development of human resources. |
