dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti XY, s. r. o. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na přehled základních znalostí, které jsou nezbytné ke správnému zpracování části praktické. Zahrnuje definici nákladů podle finančního a manažerského pojetí, a dále se podrobně zabývá členěním nákladů a kalkulacemi. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost XY, s. r. o., poté následuje analýza nákladů s analýzou současného stavu kalkulací ve společnosti. Dále následuje návrh členění nákladů na fixní a variabilní složku a úprava současného kalkulačního vzorce pro výpočet ceny. Závěr práce se zabývá celkovým zhodnocením a návrhy vhodných opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of this Bachelor thesis is a cost analysis in order to manage the business spenditure with the overall goal of increaisng profitability of company XY, s.r.o. The theoretical portion of this thesis focuses primarily on the list of basic knowledge essential to perform the appropriate practical analysis that follows. It includes but is not limited to definition of expenditure from finantial and manegement standpoint. It further deals with subdividing the cost in caterories and their appropriate calculations. The practical section of this thesis provides an introduction to the XY, s.r.o., followed by a cost analysis and analysis of current state of affairs within the company. The next section includes a proposal for categorizing costs as fixed and variable and as a result, an adjustment to the formula for calucations of the final retail price. The phesis concludes with the overall assessment of the spend management and proposed measures to improve the current systems.
