dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou analýzou konkurenceschopnosti vybraných dealerů osobních vozů ve Zlíně a blízkém okolí. Teoretická část zahrnuje marketing dealerů aut včetně nastínění aktuální situace na automobilovém trhu v České republice a rovněž popis metod, které jsou použity v analýze konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část obsahuje stručné představení společnosti XYZ a potom následují PEST analýza a Porterova analýza pěti sil, jež zkoumají faktory vnějšího prostředí a jejich dopad na firmu. Stěžejní část práce tvoří marketingový výzkum prováděný metodou mystery shopping, jehož cílem bylo zjistit úroveň nabízených služeb jednotlivými dealery osobních automobilů. Nejdůležitější zjištěné poznatky jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze a v samotném závěru práce je uvedeno doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy XYZ.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the marketing analysis of the competitiveness of selected passenger car dealers in Zlín and close surroundings. The theoretical part is concerned with the marketing of car dealers including the outline of the current situation on the automobile market in the Czech Republic and also a description of methods which are used in the analysis of competitiveness. The practical part contains a brief introduction of the company XYZ and then PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis, which examine factors of external environment and their impact on the firm. The pivotal part of the thesis is constituted by a marketing research conducted by the method of mystery shopping, the aim of which was to determine the level of services offered by individual passenger car dealers. The most important findings are summarized in SWOT analysis and at the very end of the thesis a recommendation leading to the increase of the competitiveness of the firm XYZ is indicated.
