dc.description.abstract	Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zoznámiť sa s problematikou zásahu hasičov z hľadiska obrany. Teda použitím nutnej obrany, zadržania osoby podozrivej alebo krajnej núdze. V práci sú popísané základné právomoci a povinnosti príslušníkov hasičského a záchranného zboru. Práca tiež popisuje nebezpečné látky a materiály, ktoré sa môžu pri zásahu vyskytnúť. Takisto rieši problematiku nálezu zbraní a cenností pri zásahu. Sú tu aj rozobraté situácie zásahov, ktoré pripomínajú priamo jednanie v krajnej núdzi. Výsledkom bakalárskej práce sú štatistiky zo zásahov hasičov a zistenie, že z obrannými situáciami sa v praxi stretávajú.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this work is to become familiar with the issues affecting firefighters in terms of defense . Thus, using necessary defense , detention of persons suspected or ectreme emer-gency . In this work they describe the general powers and duties of the Fire and Rescue Service . The work also describes the dangerous substances and materials that may occur during intervention . It also solves the problem of finding weapons and valuables in inter-vention. There are also discussed the situation interventions that resemble direct negotiation in extreme distress. The result of this thesis are the statistics of the intervention of the fire and finding that the defense of the situations encountered in practice.
