dc.description.abstract	Zaměřením bakalářské práce je ohrožení obyvatelstva při dopravních a technologických haváriích. Teoretická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu ochrany obyvatelstva v regionu Zlín, platnou legislativu, rozbor ohrožení obyvatelstva a síly a prostředky IZS. Praktická část řeší modelovou situaci při dopravní havárii cisterny převážející nebezpečnou látku, směřována do konkrétního místa a graficky zaznamenána prostřednictvím simulace v programu TEREX. Dále je navrženo opatření ke zlepšení prevence ochrany obyvatelstva.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor Work is focused on Evalution of potential Threat of Population upon transportation and technological Accidents.The theoretical Part is aimed on Analysis of the current Situation in terms of People Protectin in the Region of Zlin, valid Legislation, Analysis of Population Threat and Power and the IZS MEANS. The praktical Part deals with a model Situation upon a Crash of a Tank withink its Transportation of a dangerous Substance towards the specific Place and graphically recorded by the Simulation in TEREX Program. Also a Precaution for better Prevention of Population Protection is proposed.
