Bakalářská práce představuje problematiku týkající se analýzy následků nehod, havárií a úrazů ve společnosti DEZA, a. s., odloučeném provozu Organik Otrokovice. Obsahuje teoretickou část, která je zaměřena na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci a na systém prevence závažných havárií. V praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost a jsou zde provedeny analýzy současných bezpečnostních opatření pomocí metody CHECK LIST a SWOT. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného stavu bezpečnostního managementu ve společnosti a následné navržení opatření na zlepšení ochrany před nehodami, haváriemi a úrazy. |

Bachelor thesis describes the analysis of the consequences of accidents, accidents and injuries in the company DEZA, secluded operation Organik Otrokovice. It contains a theoretical part, which focuses on health and safety at work and prevention system of major accidents. In the practical part the analyzed company and also an analysis of current security measures using the method CHECK LIST and SWOT. The result of this work is to assess the current state of security management in the company and then propose measures to improve protection against accidents, accidents and injuries. |
