dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci s názvem ''Analýza a řízení rizik ve službách'' je řešená problematika analýzy a řízení rizik ve službách. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje rozpracovanou teorii o službách nabízených v institucích, o okolí těchto institucí, riziku, řízení rizika, metodách řízení rizik a specifikaci řízení rizik ve službách. V praktické části bakalářské práce je podrobně popsaná instituce, která je vybraná pro zpracování bakalářské práce. Tato část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na analýzu a řízení rizik v instituci, proč jsou rizikem a jaké následky mají nebo by mohly mít pro instituci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the bachelor´s thesis called Analysis and management of risks in services we solve the problems of analysis and management in the services. The teoretical part of the bachelors thesis contains developed theory about services offered in the institutions and around some institutions, about risks and about the management of the risks and specification of the management of the risks in the services. In the practical part of this bachelors thesis the institution which was chosen for the eloboration of this bachelors thesis is described in detail. This part of the bachelors thesis is focused on the analysis and risk management in insti-tutions, why they are a risky and what kind of consequences they have or could have for the institution.
