dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice činnosti jednotky Sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce Bílovice. Teoretická část práce mapuje historický vývoj dobrovolných hasičů, jejich personální a materiální zabezpečení, organizační strukturu. Praktická část přináší analýzu současného stavu akceschopnosti jednotky, jejího místa a úlohy v systému požární ochrany a ochrany obyvatelstva jako takové.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on issue of activity of Corps of volunteer firefighters from vil-lage Bílovice. Theorettical part of thesis desribers historical progress of volunteer firefigh-ters, their human resources, material resources and organisational structure. Emperical part of my work is devoted to analysis of actual agility of unit, their place and role in system of the fire protection and protection of population.
