dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma "Ochrana obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách" se zabývá v teoretické části historickým vývojem ochrany obyvatelstva, druhy živelních pohrom u nás i ve světě, jejich klasifikací, statistikami a podrobnějším popisem každé z nich. Praktická část je zaměřená na modelovou situaci povodní a současný stavu řeky Moravy na území Uherského Hradiště. Výstupem je návrh na zlepšení opatření v záplavových oblastech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis on "Protecting the population for natural disasters" topis is engaged in the theoretical part of the historical development of population protection, types of natural disasters at home and abroad, their classification, statistics and detailed description of each. The practical part is focused on a model situation of floods and the current Morava River state area of the Uherské Hradiště town. The result is a proposal to improve the measures in flo-od-prone areas.
