dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného systému vzdělávání v ochraně obyvatelstva. Cílem bakalářské práce je popis úrovně výchovy a vzdělávání na základních školách. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a legislativa týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva. Dále se teoretická část zabývá současným systémem výchovy a vzdělávání na základních školách. Praktickou část tvoří dotazníkový průzkum, který se týká problematiky úrovně znalostí žáků. Z dotazníkového šetření jsou vyvozeny závěry a návrhy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the current system of education in the population protection. The aim of this thesis is the description of the level in upbringing and the education process in primary schools. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and legis-lation related to the protection of the population. The theoretical part then deals with the current system of upbringing and education in primary schools. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey, which concerns the issues regarding the level of student knowledge. Conclusions and suggestions are then drawn from examining the questionnaire responses.
