Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat součastný stav interních auditů systému managementu jakosti ve společnosti Visteon-Autopal s.r.o. a za pomocí implementace vrstvených procesních auditů nastavit standardizaci práce, řízení dokumentace, disciplíny pracovníků a ověření celkové kvality procesu. Na základě teoretických pramenů je formulována problematika systému managementu jakosti, auditů a vrstvených procesních auditů. V praktické části je zhodnocena úroveň stávajících interních auditů a dále zavedení vrstvených procesních auditů v pilotní oblasti. |

The aim of this bachelor paper is to analyse the present state of internal audits of Quality Management System at Visteon-Autopal Inc. and to set up the standardization of work, document control, staff discipline and verification of the overall process quality via implementation of layered processes. The issue of Quality Management System, audits and Layered Process Audits is formulated on the basis of the theoretical base. The practical part is aimed at the valuation of existing internal audits followed by the implementation of layered process audits in the pilot area. |
