dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se ve vymezeném rozsahu pokouší, pomocí metody studia historických materiálů, zachytit organizační klima a komunikaci zlínské radnice v době, kdy byl starostou Zlína Tomáš Baťa. Tyto okolnosti pak zasazuje do historických souvislostí. Popisuje nejdůležitější a převládající události každého volebního období až do tragické smrti Tomáše Bati. Zjištěné skutečnosti analyzuje a interpretuje. Předložená práce pracuje s hypotézami, které ve svém závěru přijímá či zamítá.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Using the method of study of historical materials, the thesis attempts within its defined extent to describe the organisational climate and communication of the Zlín town hall at a time when Tomáš Baťa was mayor of Zlín. The topic is set in a historical context. The most important and dominating events of individual electoral terms until Tomáš Baťa’s tragic death are described, analysed and interpreted. The thesis works with hypotheses, which are declared either true or untrue in the end.
