dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému řízení pomocí controllingového systému. Tento systém podporuje management v oblastech plánování, kontroly, koordinace a informačního zajištění řízení. Celou práci lze rozdělit na dvě části. První část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu controllingu a na popis jeho funkcí a nástrojů. Tato práce řeší analýzu současného stavu a popis problémových oblastí. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci controllingu ve firmě TUFÍR, spol. s r.o. Obsahuje detailní analýzu ekonomického řízení, začlenění controllingového útvaru do podnikové struktury a popis základních kompetencí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of this Bachelor thesis is an analysis of system control by means of controlling system. This system supports management in the areas of planning, management, co-ordination and reporting. This work is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on defined conception of the controlling and detailed description of the controlling functions and tools. This work analyses the present situation and describes problematical area. The second part of my work focuses on the practical application of the controlling at the company TUFÍR, spol.s r.o. It contains detailed analysis of the economic management, incorporation of the controlling department into the company structure and describes basic qualifications.
