dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu na nákup technologie na lakování kovů ve firmě XY, a. s. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje základní informace o problematice investic a investičního rozhodování. Dále je zaměřena na vymezení peněžních toků plynoucích z investice, výpočet diskontní sazby podniku a charakteristiku jednotlivých metod hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Teoretická část zahrnuje také popis jednotlivých analýz provedených v analytické části práce. Analytická část začíná popisem firmy a investičního projektu. Dále navazují vypracované potřebné analýzy: PEST, Porterova, SWOT a finanční analýza. Na základě plánovaného cash flow projektu a stanovení diskontní sazby jsou vypočteny jednotlivé metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Poslední částí práce je navrhnutí závěrečných doporučení pro analyzovanou firmu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this bachelor thesis was worked up the evaluation of effectiveness of investment project for purchasing metal coat finishing technology in the company XY, a. s. The theoretical part includes the basic information about investments and the investment decisions. Further, it is intent on problems of the determination of cash flow resulting from investment, the calculation of business discount rate and the characterization of methods for evaluation of effectiveness. This part includes also the characteristics of the analyses that are fulfilled in analytical part. The analytical part starts with description of the company and the investment project. Further they are analyses needed for elaboration: PEST, Porter’s, SWOT and finally the financial analysis. On the basis of project´s planning cash flow and the calculation of business discount rate, there are performed calculations of economic effectiveness according to the single method. The last part is proposed recommendations for analysed company.
