dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval řešením problematiky hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů ve výrobním družstvu OBZOR Zlín. Diplomová práce v teoretické části objasňuje obecnou charakteristiku hodnocení a metod volby dodavatelů. V analytické části jsem zpracoval analýzu současné situace výběru dodavatelů v tomto družstvu. Na základě těchto výsledků jsem se pokusil optimalizovat současný systém hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů a navrhnout případná zlepšení a doporučení pro efektivnější systém tohoto hodnocení v rámci výrobního družstva OBZOR Zlín, který by vedl ke zlepšení současného stavu posuzování dodavatelů a tím i k upevnění postavení družstva na trhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of my Master thesis was to solve the problem of evaluation and selection of suppliers in the producer cooperative OBZOR, Zlín. In its theoretical part my Master thesis highlights general characteristics of the evaluation and the methods of suppliers’ selection. In the practical part I worked out the analysis of the current situation in suppliers’ evaluation in the producer cooperative. On the basis of these results I tried to make optimal the current system of evaluation and selection of suppliers and to suggest potential improvement and recommendations of more effective system of assessment in the producer cooperative OBZOR Zlín, which would lead to the improvement of the present situation in suppliers’s assessment and thus strengthen the position of the producer cooperative in the market.
