V projektovej časti sú navrhnuté možnosti začlenenia a zlepšenia stávajúceho stavu personálneho controllingu v spoločnosti Tento, a. s.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work deals with possibilities of introducing the chosen tools of personal controlling in the company Tento, l.t.d. The main goal is the analysis of available literary sources that deal with the problems of controlling itself. There is also the analyzing of the company according to various perspectives and is mainly focused on the field of human sources management. There are suggested some integaration and improvements of the state of the personal controling in the Tento, l.t.d. company that are described in the project part of this diploma work.
