dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci &bdquo;Projekt implementace controllingu pro zlepšení systému řízení firmy SIGMA GROUP a.s.'' jsem se zabývala těmito náležitostmi. V teoretické části jsem rozebrala dostupné literární prameny. Poté jsem v analytické části představila společnost SIGMA GROUP a.s. se sídlem v Lutíně. Hlavní částí analýzy je objasnění současné situace stavu řízení ve společnosti. Byla použita SWOT analýza, Porterův model konkurenčních sil, analýza interních předpokladů pro zavedení controllingu do společnosti a analýza plánování. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz jsem stanovila východiska pro projekt. V projektové části je již konkrétně řešeno jak tyto nedostatky napravit. Výsledkem projektu je návrh implementace controllingu do společnosti. Jedná se o začlenění controllingového oddělení do organizačního schématu společnosti, stanovení úkolů controllera, jeho pravomoci a odpovědnosti a kalkulaci nákladů na zavedení controllingu. Dále je stanoven strukturní plán projektových činností, časový harmonogram a rizika projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of my diploma thesis is &bdquo;The project of controlling implementation for improvement of management system in SIGMA GROUP a.s.''. In the first, theoretical section, I aply all available literary sources. Then, in analytical section, I introduce the SIGMA GROUP company, based in Lutín, the Czech Republic. The main part of the analytical section explains the current situation of the management system. I used SWOT analysis, Porter analysis, analysis of internal assumptions for controlling implementation to the company and planning analysis. On the basis of results from all of these analyses I determine basis for the project. Project section suggests specific solutions how to solve the problems. The output of this project is suggestion of the controlling implementation to the company. It is about the incorporation of the controlling department to the company's organization structure, setting the tasks for the controllers, their competences and responsibilities and setting the implementation costs. At the end of the diploma thesis is a structural plan of project activities, time schedule and risks of the project.
