dc.description.abstract	O nutnosti hledání cest ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti dnes nikdo nepochybuje. Oněch cest je však nepřeberné množství. Jednou z nich je také controlling. Podílí se na plánování, kontrole i řízení jednotlivých činností v podniku. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodné controllingové nástroje, které pomohou zefektivnit řízení a plánování obchodní společnosti. Výsledky práce by měly být lehce implementovatelné do stávajícího finančního systému. To zaručí dosažení stanoveného cíle s minimálním množstvím nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Nobody doubts about needfulness of searching ways to be competitive. However there exist lots of these ways. One of them is controlling. It participates in planning, control and regulation of each activity in company. The goal of this master thesis is to propound suitable tools of controlling which help to reach effective planning and regulation in the trading company. The results of this paper work should be easy implemented into company’s financial system. It guarantees reaching the goal with minimum costs.
