dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je analýzou zdrojů a využití informací v řízení organizaci AIESEC Zlín. Protože se jedná o neziskovou organizaci, v první části obsahuje teoretické poznatky o problematice specifik neziskových organizací. Teoretická část, vypracovaná na základě dostupné literatury, pokračuje analýzou informací a informačních zdrojů pro řízení. Druhá část práce je věnována analýze konkrétních zdrojů organizace, možnostech a míře jejich současného využití a zjištění jejich silných a slabých stránek. Po provedené analýze následují návrhy na zlepšení využívání zdrojů současných a doporučení k využití zdrojů nových.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is an analysis of sources and usage of information in managing organization AIESEC Zlín. As a result that this is a non-profit organization, the first part contains theory of specificity of non-profit organizations. The theoretical part written on the basis of available literature goes on with analysis of information and issues of information for managing the organization. The second part of this thesis turns to the analysis of particular sources of the organization, to the feasibility and degree of their actual usage and to the establishment of their strengths and weaknesses. This analysis is followed by suggestions of better usage of present sources and by recommendations of using new sources.
