dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažila postihnout vývoj územněsprávní organizace České republiky v letech 1945-1989, v kontextu s historickými událostmi, které jej velkou měrou ovlivnily. V teoretické části práce jsem charakterizovala veřejnou správu a její základní rozdělení na správu státní a samosprávu. Popsala jsem stav ve veřejné správě před rokem 1945, který je důležitým východiskem pro pochopení navazujících událostí. V další části práce jsem se zaměřila hlavně na reformu územní správy v letech 1948-49, následný vývoj do roku 1960 a na změny po roce 1960 související s přijetím nové ústavy. V závěru práce jsem nastínila problematiku integrace obcí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of my bachelor’s degree thesis is to delineate the development of territorial administrative organization of the Czech Republic between 1945 and 1989 within the context of historical events that had to a large extent influenced the development. In the theoretical part I have characterized public administration and its basic division into state administration and self-administration. I have described the situation in public administration before the year 1945, which is an important starting point for the understanding of subsequent events. In the following part of my thesis I have focused especially on the reform of territorial administration in the years 1948 and 1949, the subsequent development until 1960 and on the changes after 1960 related to the adoption of the new Constitution. In the final part I have outlined the question of integration of communities.
