dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce "Vývoj reformy veřejné správy v ČR a její dopad do výkonu agend správních činností" obsahuje dvě hlavní části. V první části je obsažen stručný teoretický pohled na veřejnou správu a s ní související vývoj včetně uskutečněných reforem v jednotlivých obdobích historie českého státu. Hlavní část je věnována průběhu reformy veřejné správy po roce 1989 a řešení jejích aktuálních problémů po vzniku nové správní struktury v území. Ve druhé části je popsán praktický dopad probíhajících reformních procesů do výkonu agendy správních činností zvláště matriční a státoobčanské agendy. V této části práce jsou obsaženy praktické náměty a stanoviska využitelná pro další vývoj reformy při výkonu agend správních činností. Bakalářská práce se současně zabývá i modernizací veřejné správy v souladu s evropskými zásadami.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor final thesis "Progress of the public administratin reform in the Czech Republic and its impacts to the execution of administrative work routines" contains two main parts. The first part contains a brief theoretic view of a public administration and the related progress, including carried out reforms in the course of individual periods of the history of the Czech state. The main part pursues the process of the public administration reform after 1989 and solutions of its topical problems, following after the establishment of a new administrative structure within the territory. The second part describes praktical impacts of the running reform processes to the execution of the administrative work routines, in pacticular to those of registry and national civil routines. This part of the work contains practical subject matters and standpoints applicable within the future progress of the reform, when executing the administrative work routines. At the same time, this bachelor thesis is also involved in the updating of the public administration in compliance with European principles.
