dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat kalkulační model v nástrojárně ve firmě Zálesí, a. s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zpracována formou literární rešerše zabývající se zejména problematikou nákladů a kalkulací, která slouží jako podklad pro praktickou část. V praktické části je nejprve představen profil společnost Zálesí, a. s., následován analýzou nákladů a současného kalkulačního modelu v nástrojárně. Na základně zjištěných nedostatků je navržen nový kalkulační model pro stanovení hodinových sazeb strojů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the cost calculation model used at the tool factory of the firm Zalesi a.s. The work is divided into theoretical and practical components. The theoretical component consists of a literature search dealing especially with cost and calculation problems, and serves as the foundation for the practical component of the work. Following the profiling of the firm Zalesi a.s., the practical component deals with analysis of the costs and the current calculation model used in the firm's tool factory. Based on deficiencies that are thus identified, a new calculation model is proposed to de-termine the hourly usage rates of the machines.
