dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-výzkumný charakter. Zaměřuje se na rozvoj komunikativních kompetencí dětí z pohledu učitele mateřské školy. Teoretická část z obecného hlediska popisuje vzdělávání učitelů v minulosti a dnes, a také možnosti dalšího vzdělávání učitele. Vysvětluje význam komunikace a komunikativních kompetencí dětí. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jak vnímají učitelé mateřských škol svou připravenost v oblasti rozvoje komunikativních kompetencí u dětí. Kvalitativní výzkum je proveden za pomoci rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The character of this Bachelor thesis is theoretical and research. The work is aimed at the development of communicative competence of children from the perspective of a nursery school teacher. The theoretical part describes the education of teachers in the past and nowadays and also possibilities of their further education. This part explains the importance of communication and communicative competences of children. The aim of the research part is to find out, how the teachers of nursery school perceive their state of preparation in the field of communicative competence of children. The qualitative research is made with the help of dialogues with teachers of the nursery schools.
