dc.description.abstract	Uvedená bakalářská práce popisuje vybrané vlivy, které se podílejí na procesu prizonizace (uvěznění) na odsouzené ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Teoretická část je zaměřena na výčet legislativy, odborné zaměstnance, příslušníky vězeňské služby a vnější vlivy, které působí na odsouzené ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření popisující vybrané faktory prizonizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis describes selected influences involved in the process of prisonisation (incarceration) that affect convicts serving their terms of imprisonment. In its theoretical part, it focuses on a list of legislation, professional staff, members of the prison guard, as well as on external influences that affect convicts serving their terms of imprisonment. Its practical part contains the results of a questionnaire survey which describe selected factors of prisonisation.
