dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními a právními aspekty legalizace prostituce s ohledem na možnou roli sociální pedagogiky při resocializaci sexuálních pracovníků. Teoretická část popisuje prostituci jako jev, včetně jejích základních druhů, historického vývoje a aspektů doprovázejících její legalizaci. Praktická část přináší kazuistiky šesti sexuálních pracovníků a praktické výstupy z narativních rozhovorů s těmito lidmi. Prostřednictvím jejich vyprávění a odpovědí se snaží odpovědět na stanovené výzkumné otázky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with social and legal aspects of the legalization of prostitution with regard to possible role of social pedagogy in the in the social rehabilitation of sexual workers. Its theoretical part describes prostitution as a phenomenon, including its basic forms, evolution and the accompanying aspects of its legalization. The practical part introduces some case stories of six sexual workers and the data from narrative interviews with them. Analysing their stories and answers, the work strives to respond to all the research questions.
