dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jeden z nejdůležitějších článků poradenského systému České republiky, a to na osobu výchovného poradce. V teoretické části práce je popsáno současné legislativní vymezení funkce výchovného poradce a také nejčastější problémy, kterými by se měli výchovní poradci zabývat. V praktické části práce se zjišťuje skutečné fungování výchovného poradce ve čtyřech základních školách. Zkoumaný soubor zahrnuje čtyři respondenty ze čtyř základních škol ze Znojemska a z Brněnska. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na současnou situaci výchovných poradců ve školách a umožňují nám vytvořit si lepší obraz o náplni jejich práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis examines one of the most important elements in the consultation system in the Czech Republic, which is the position of the educational consultant. The cur-rent legislative specification of the educational consultant's position and the most common problems which the educational consultant should address are described in the thesis's the-oretical section. In its practical section the thesis determines how the educational consulta-tion actually works in four elementary schools. The research set is comprised of four re-spondents from four elementary schools in the Znojmo and Brno townships of the Czech Republic. The results of the research indicate the current state of educational consultants in schools and enables us to create a better view of how the their work is implemented.
