Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou profesního vyhoření pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí (dále jen OSPOD). Práce teoreticky vymezuje téma syndromu vyhoření, jeho příčiny a prevence a výskyt u pomáhajících profesí s důrazem na pracovníky OSPOD. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaká je míra psychické zátěže s ohledem na syndrom vyhoření, a zmapovat výskyt syndromu vyhoření u těchto pracovníků. Zajímalo nás, jaký vliv na výskyt syndromu vyhoření má délka praxe a věk pracovníka. Pozornost je věnována pracovníkům OSPOD na odboru sociálních věcí a zdravotnictví. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou využity metody kvalitativního výzkumu. Formou standardizovaného rozhovoru je zkoumán vliv preventivních postupů před vznikem syndromu vyhoření u vybraných pracovníků OSPOD na městském úřadě ve větší obci. Na základě získaných informací předkládá práce konkrétní doporučení pro praxi. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of professional burnout of staff for social and legal protection of children (hereinafter referred to as OSPOD). The thesis theoretically defines the theme of the burnout syndrome, its causes and prevention and the occurrence at the supporting professions, with an emphasis on OSPOD workers. The aim of the thesis is to determine the degree of psychological stress with respect to the burnout, and to map the occurrence of burnout among these workers. We were interested in the effect of the length of service and age of the worker on the incidence of burnout. Attention is paid to workers OSPOD at the Department of Social Affairs and Health. Qualitative research methods are used in the research part of the thesis. The influence of preventive procedures, before the occurence of burnout, is studied among selected staff of OSPOD in the town hall in a bigger town (municipality with extended kompetence). It is in the form of a standardized interview. Based on the gained information the thesis presents specific recommendations for practice. |
