dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou subjektivní odpovědnosti rodičů a pedagogů za úspěchy a neúspěchy dítěte. V teoretické části jsou objasněny všechny aspekty, které se k tomuto tématu pojí. Zprvu je zaměřena na osobnost dítěte, která prochází výchovně vzdělávacím procesem a je prostřednictvím jej utvářena. Práce se dále zabývá školní úspěšností a neúspěšností a jejich konkrétními specifikami a důsledky. Druhá polovina teoretické části je věnována činitelům výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. Konkrétně je třetí kapitola zaměřena na rodiče a jejich roli v tomto procesu. V samotném závěru teoretické části je přiblížena profese pedagoga z pohledu jeho osobnostní stránky i té profesní, která je typická především diagnostikou prospěchu. Cílem praktické části je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjistit míru subjektivní odpovědnosti, kterou pociťují pedagogové a rodiče za úspěchy a neúspěchy dítěte. Zjištěné míry odpovědnosti jsou dále navzájem porovnávány pro efektivní výstupy diplomové práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with subjective responsibility of parents and teachers for the successes and failures of the child. All the aspects that are linked to this topic are explaining in the. Initially theoretical part is focused on the child's personality, which is concrete specifics and consequences passes through the educational process and this process formed it. The diploma thesis deals with school success and failure. The makers of the educational process are including in the second part of the theoretical part. The third part focuses on parents and their role in this process. The profession of teacher is contained in the end of the theoretical part from the perspective of his personal website as well as the professional, which is typical primarily diagnostic benefit. The goal of the practical part through a questionnaire survey to determine the level of subjective responsibility by teachers and parents for the child's successes and failures. Determined rate of subjective responsibility by teachers and parents for the child's successes and failures are compared together.
