dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mateřství a profesní kariéry a také kombinováním rodinného a pracovního života u žen. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se pojednává o rodině jako celku, kterého je žena součástí. Pojednává také o jejím postavení v rodině a mateřství a rodičovství. Dále se zaměřuje na zaměstnání a profesní kariéru ženy, zahrnuje jak historický kontext, tak také dnešní kariérové možnosti. V předposlední kapitole zachycuje pomáhající profese, konkrétně vykresluje sociálního pedagoga a učitelku v mateřské škole. Poslední část teoretické části se krátce zastavuje u postojů a způsobů jejich měření. Praktická část zachycuje postoje v oblasti mateřství a profesní kariéry. Tyto postoje jsou zachyceny u studentek oboru Sociální pedagogika a u studentek oboru Učitelství pro mateřské školy. Cílem je nejen zachytit aktuální postoje, ale také tyto postoje porovnávat dle studovaného oboru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with motherhood and career, as well as combining women's work and family life. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the family as a whole and woman as a part of it. It also discusses her status in the family and motherhood and parenting. It also focuses on woman's employment and career, includes both historical context and today's career options. In the penultimate chap-ter it captures the helping professions, specifically portrays the social educator and teacher in the kindergarten. The last part of the theoretical part briefly stops at the attitudes and ways of measuring these attitudes. The practical part reflects the positions of motherhood and career. These attitudes are captured at students of social pedagogy and students in field of Study for kindergarten. The aim is not only to capture the current attitudes but compare these according to students' field of study.
